Sunday, Sept. 13th It's been a good Sabbath day. We attended church at noon with our friends, the Hughes', and enjoyed being back in the company of fellow church-goers :). There was a great spirit there, and we were glad that we attended. This-afternoon we played games again, and then had a delicious traditional English meal of brisket, Yorkshire puddings, and vegetables, made by Aunt Marian.

Dave's 1st-cousin-once-removed (his dad's cousin) and his wife came to visit for a while this evening. They are Terrence and Margret Sherwin. It was fun to visit and re-connect with them. It's uncanny how much Terrence and Dave's dad, Jeff are alike! I would have guessed that they were brothers if I didn't know better.

The best part of the day was chatting on Facetime with Austin and Brooke and Skyler.  I love and miss those kids of mine. :) Unfortunately, we didn't get an answer from Jessica and Seth.

Jess & Seth called back as we were heading to bed. Yay, made my heart happy.
