Sunday, Nov. 22nd was a fabulous day! We started it by walking to church. It took us about 40 minutes, and it was so cold! Janae & I didn't wear good shoes, or tights, so we were especially cold! Dang. But we all really enjoyed church. They provided headsets for us, to hear the translation of the meeting in English, which was really nice. We sang the hymns with them in French, though. That was great fun! The Primary did the sacrament meeting program. Yay! :) The kids were adorable, and it was sweet to hear them sing the Primary songs, and doubly fun to hear them sing them in French! After sacrament meeting, which went late, we weren't sure if we needed to leave soon to meet Jessica and Seth at the apartment. They were flying in that morning. Austin and Tyler (mostly Austin) wanted to go to the YSA Sunday School class to meet French girls!! :) So they went to the class for 25 minutes and then we were going to leave to meet Jess & Seth. In the meantime, Seth texted me and said that they wouldn't be here until 1:30, so we stayed until the end of the meetings. We walked home again. I swear it was even colder!
On our walk to and from church:
When we got back to the apartment Jess and Seth were there! Yay! It was so great to have them join us. We ate some lunch and then ventured out to see Notre Dame. We walked there - another 40 minutes, but this time we dressed warmer. :)
